Business Meeting of the Provincial Grand Senatus of Surrey

The Provincial Grand Summus Designate would like to invite all Scarlet Cord Companions to a Virtual Meeting to be held on Thursday 16th July at 6 p.m. (UK time) This will be held over Zoom and we do hope that many of you will be available to join us.

At the meeting the Grand Summus will formally confirm R.Dist.Comp. Arnold Long as the Provincial Grand Summus for the Provincial Grand Senatus of Surrey. The Provincial Grand Summus will then formally confirm Dist.Comp. Nigel Thomson as the Deputy Provincial Grand Summus and Dist.Comp. Christopher Francis Hatton, P.G.Swd.B., as the Assistant Provincial Grand Summus.

The Provincial Grand Recorder will then be asked to read out the list of Companions appointed to and promoted in Provincial Grand Rank; after which the Provincial Grand Summus will congratulate everyone on their appointment.

The dress code is smart casual dress with collar and tie - no regalia to be worn.

We do hope that you will be able to join us and celebrate what has been an interesting year for the Provincial Grand Senatus of Surrey; and we look forward to a resumption of our normal activities as soon as it is safe to do so. In the meantime, keep safe.
