At the Scarlet Cord Annual Meeting at Surbiton, it was a pleasure for R Dist Comp Louis Keats, The Provincial Grand Summus of the Scarlet Cord Province of Surrey, to welcome R Dist Comp Ian Currans, the Deputy Grand Summus and no less than nine heads of other orders in Surrey.
